Rocky has extensive executive and corporate level experience leading hotels around the country, including successful entrepreneurial ventures.  He understands the industries nuances knowing what it takes to be an industry leader. He has been featured in various publications, most recently in The Harvard Business Review.

 

Rocky has been in executive search for over 30 years. His passion is people management and development, and he is continuously focused on improving the experience and benefits of recruitment.
